■代表略歴等：東京大学法学部卒。同大学院総合文化研究科「人間の安全保障プログラム」修了。国際人権・先住民族関連NGO等でのインターン・ボランティア経験。IT企業で経営企画・マーケティング担当後、化学・バイオ・医薬系特許事務所にて知財全般・薬事・法務・海外事業マネージャー等を担当。弁理士試験合格後、IT・電気・電子に強い特許事務所にて主にIT系特許弁理士。サステナビリティテック系スタートアップに入社し知財戦略部創設後、シリーズA～B、Green x Digital・WBCSD PACT対応、特許庁主催IP BASE AWARD奨励賞、執行役員等を経験。取得資格は弁理士のほか応用情報技術者試験合格、国連英検特A級合格、環境社会検定（eco検定）試験合格、サステナ経営検定２級合格、日本LCA（ライフサイクルアセスメント）推進機構中級検定合格など。

■事務所実績：シード～シリーズCのスタートアップ各社におけるレンタル知財部、侵害予防調査・無効資料調査等の各種調査、大企業との知財契約交渉支援、特許・商標の早期権利化等。

■所属団体：日本弁理士会知的財産支援センター第１事業部(2026年度副部長)、日本弁理士会関東会知財創造教育支援委員会、日本弁理士会九州会、アジア国際法学会日本協会。

Representative　HAGIWARA Tsuyoshi

■Biography of the Representative: Graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tokyo. Completed the “Human Security Program” at the Graduate School of Interdisciplinary Information Studies at the University of Tokyo. Has experience as an intern and volunteer at NGOs focused on international human rights and indigenous peoples. After working in corporate planning and marketing at an IT company, he served as a manager handling general intellectual property, regulatory affairs, legal affairs, and overseas operations at a patent law firm specializing in chemistry, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals. After passing the Patent Attorney Examination, he worked as a patent attorney specializing in IT at a firm with strengths in the IT, electrical, and electronics fields. He joined a sustainability tech startup, where he established the Intellectual Property Strategy Department and was responsible for Series A and B funding rounds, as well as compliance with the Green x Digital and WBCSD PACT initiatives. He received the Encouragement Award at the IP BASE AWARD hosted by the Japan Patent Office and served as an Executive Officer. In addition to being a Patent Attorney, he holds the following certifications: the Applied Information Technology Engineer Examination, the United Nations English Proficiency Test (Grade A), the Environmental and Social Certification (eco-Certification), the Sustainability Management Certification (Level 2), and the Intermediate Certification from the Japan LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) Promotion Organization.

■ Firm Track Record: Providing “rental IP departments” for startups ranging from seed to Series C; conducting various investigations, such as infringement prevention and invalidity evidence searches; assisting with IP contract negotiations with large corporations; and facilitating the early grant of patent and trademark rights.
